Physical Therapy Appointment InformationWe focus on reducing pain, promoting healing, and restoring function and movement. Recovering strength and mobility so that you can return to normal activity is our number one goal. We teach you how to maintain your improved functionality and how to reduce or prevent future problems.
Your treatment may include manual therapy, joint or soft tissue mobilization, therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, modalities to ease pain and swelling, education for you and your family, and home instructions.
Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to your initial appointment. Wear comfortable clothing that can be moved to access the affected area. For example, if you are being treated for knee problems, tight jeans would not be appropriate.
